BUT:

1. I would off the iguanas - they are good eatin'
animal control or the state wildlife dept. might do a number on them too

2. re "restraining order against me, prohibiting me from coming within 100 feet of his dock."
I'd bet money that the waterway is navigable (there are different definitions of that but kayakable fits most of them). That would mean it is a "public highway" and nobody can prevent anybody from using it. Don't land on his dock tho. That would be trespass.

You may be able to pave over the trouble with your neighbor (after eating the iguanas) - esp. if you are the man and take the first step. Try to catch him when he's not drunk and give some sort of nebulous apology. See if he reciprocates and backs down a bit.
