Sounds like the rear worked out.
Did you install new Neotrix bushings or leave the old rubber ones?
All weight has to be off in front before re-indexing.
What fender height in front are you aiming for? 25"?
How much fuel in the tank?
Do you have the bump-steer spacers under the rack?
If you go for 25", you'll want to install the spacers.
