Safe ?
Americans can do just about anything to their car.
Hotwheels for 18 yr. olds, these cannot be safe..but I see them all day long.
Then there is the Monstertruck jacked to Mars. The bumpers as designed help/ put them a foot higher =killbar.
In Europe, the car comes like this=you drive it like that. Any mods must be approved, and they don't come easy or cheap.
When americans talk about the autobahn ( cool , no limit ) once on it...they are scared to death..as you must really drive & pay attention, or you become roadkill.
