Have you read Corky Bell's book "Supercharged?" That should give you some guidance. It depends on your goals, other preparation and how close to the edge you want to tread. What HP and torque are you trying to get to? What's your compression? Are you going to run an intercooler? Those Eaton's arent supposed to be the most efficient but are cheaper due to economies of scale and ease of manufacturing.
