The 2.7L mag case is not the best for a supercharger application. If this is a street car and you can keep the heat down it will help.
Here is an old SOC whipple on a 3.0L SC. The owner(s) had good success with this engine after a lot of tweaking. One of my favorite cars to ride in, loved the torque.
