First off, welcome.
That is a very nice looking car, last of the generation, 8" Fuchs, LSD and GP White (one of my favorite). Unfortunately, I think the price is at least 10k optimistic. For that kind of money you could buy a fine example of just about any air cooled 911 including 993's.
Take some time browsing the site and search for Pre Purchase Inspection, PPI, etc. and you will have a couple days of reading. Also, I believe there a quite a few well respected independent shops in the tri-state area which to take the car for a PPI.
