thanks - now that i've finally nailed it, i think i'm actually going to get around to making reverse molds of the back shells and a template for the baffle plate so that others can duplicate it - i thought about selling the thing complete, but i really don't want to go into that business - it would be cheaper and i think more fun for people to just buy the backshells, make their own baffle, and upholster it how they want
i got the grills from either crutchfield or parts express - not sure - i'd have to go back and look
