Jess ,your T looks and sounds from the detail of its maintenance to be a sound vehicle..
I would venture from your description despite the color change that if the interior looks as crisp and street ready as the exterior it shouldn't be a hard sell.
Prices on earlier T's have been moving up albeit slower than their E and S brethren,I'd venture a guess for an earlier '70 T such as yours could demand high teens 17.5K to low 20's
The RS flares aren't a detriment lots of guys want them ,the touring rear bumpers are quite rare and a stock earlier rebuild might allow someone to concentrate on performance factors .
