German odometer replacement sticker?

I am working on the restoration of a 1977 Carrera 3.0 that was originally delivered to an owner in Germany. While removing the carpet in the area of the drivers side kick panel, I found the sticker shown in the picture below. I'm hoping someone in Germany has seen one of these before and can confirm to me what I think it probably is.

It measures approximately 36mm by 46mm and is made from the same material they use for small tickets (like they use in raffles.) There is a company name in the middle, "Berner," and a word across the bottom that might be:

Kompres_onsdrucks__eiber.

I can't make out the three missing spaces shown above. Below that appers to be the word Motometer. Written by hand along the right side is 20038 km. There are a few other letters and numbers that make no sense.

I figure this is either a sticker showing that the odometer was replaced at a certain mileage or a sticker showing a service was performed at a certain mileage. Anybody seen one of these, or speaks enough German to translate the word above?

Thanks,
JR
