I tried translating it:
3 male car factory employees were on the toilet standing at the urinals.
The first one is finished and goes to the wash area to wash his hands. After washing his hands he thoroughly dries his hands. He uses lots and lots of paper towels and makes absolutely sure that every little drop of water is dried away. He then turns, facing the 2 other men, and says: "At Mercedes we learn to be extremely thorough."
The second man finishes his matter and goes to wash his hands. He then dries his hands thoroughly using one single paper towel. When finished he turns to the others and says: "At VW we need not only to be thorough, but also learn to be extremely efficient."
The third man is now finished and goes straight towards the exit. When passing the others he laughes and says: "At Porsche we don't piss on our hands!"
