So, what do you do to support your Porsche habit?
Might be interesting to find out what we do outside of our P-car addiction.
I'll start. Been a banker my entire 25+ year career. Commercial Loan officer for 20 years - quite a grind, I must say. I've been a loan work out specialist the past 5 years (i.e. defaulted commercial loan restructuring, foreclosures, collateral repossession, default suits, fraud investigation, etc.). Stressful, intellectually stimulating and most fun I've had in years. Long hours in this economy a bummer. But, having been laid off once before, I'm happy to be be doing something I enjoy and being in demand.
Last summer, I found myself in the wrong neighborhood on a collateral foreclosure inspection and my battery died on site. So, here I am in a Porsche parked in a very bad neighborhood, wearing a suit looking for a jump. Fortunately, I heard nail guns around the corner and got one of the renovation workers to jump start me. I was lucky.
What's your story? Got to be more exciting than mine!
