Look, I'm sorry if that came off wrong of me. FWIW, I live in a small apartment in a 1920s building and my 996 just turned 200k miles. It's a battle-axe and probably worth less than your car.
I still don't know how someone can live in Phoenix in a tract housing complex w/ a HOA. I'd rather be homeless in L.A. and sleep in my car by the beach. (As I was and did many years ago). To each their own, YMMV, etc...
