He's a pathological liar that makes Baghdad Bob look like John Wayne, Joe. There is serious $$ to be made betting against him keeping his word, unless he is so publicly shamed here that he's forced to send it to you. (Sound familiar)?
He's lying about being "out of the country" for 6 weeks, he's not telling the whole story about the machine, etc... He has a history of not knowing WTF he's talking about w/ mechanical issues, but has a delusional vision of himself as a really sharp guy and mechanical whiz that will not allow him to admit it.
Why would anyone continue to use a "defective" re-loader that puts slugs in his ceiling? I mean really, think it through...
