I agree with your assessment on the potential of the car. My goal was to build up the suspension and drive it until I could install a 3.2 or a 3.6. This car would make a perfect 911 for the occasional DE and for fun driving on the street.
I love the car but I have come to the conclusion that I need to sell it, our business needs to raise some capital for improvements and this is the best way to get it done. It pains me to sell such a great 911 but I know I'll have another one in the future. I've priced the car so the new owner will feel that they paid a good price and I can get the sale completed in a reasonable amount of time.
