It is presently stock 2.7 and I would like to boost it 5 - 7 psi. I would like to see 250 - 300 HP. Yes, I plan to run an inter-cooler space allowing.

I'm not looking for crazy horsepower, I have other cars for that. I just want an respectable performing 911. Stock turbo performance with out the plumbing headaches. Besides, like someone posted earlier, the Eaton M90s are pretty inexpensive.
