I have the AE upgrade on my 528 but it was installed with the HID headlamps. It wasn't connected so I did it myself. Not really for seeing better at night, more for looks. The HIDS are sweet for night driving, though. Those and fogs combined make night driving much better.
The angel eyes are the rings arounf the headlamps. It looks pretty evil in this picture, I must say. Kinda creepy.
