If the car was sitting in my driveway I would .....
Jump up and down and dance around a few minutes.
Make sure the battery is good and fully charged.
Clean all the ground points.
Swap the MAF with a known good unit.
Replace the flywheel sensor.
Replace the temp II sensor.
Replace the "hall" sensor?
Run a can of Lubro Moly Ventil Sauber through the gas.
Send it to Greg if that didn't fix it.
