They were the only source I could find to fund a loan on a 20+ year old car. I used their online application process, and I had papers for a loan in the amt I requested emailed to me within a half hour!
I can't speak for their loan servicing because I have yet to find THE CAR. I wanted to have everything in place, though, so I went ahead and got financing lined up.
So I have not actually completed a loan with them yet. But I did find the application process a breeze, and the customer service great so far. I think you can specify the length of term in the online application. OR you can inquire about prepayment penalty - as long as there is no prepayment penalty, you can get whatever their shortest term is and then pay it off in your own quicker timeframe, no harm done.
