This tells me that blacks drive drunk at about the same rate as whites, but that they commit violent murders at a VASTLY more frequent rate relative to their population size.
BTW Stomachmonkey- Ken Lay's victims are all still
alive. Lay was definitely a crook, but he wasn't a killer.
