I think Mule's data was the same as the data I posted from the DoJ. I was answering monkey regarding the distribution of crime by race. IMO, the DoJ and FBI data clearly show the distribution is skewed.
Having said that, I think if one could get data on crimes by race, but filtered by socio-economic conditions, one would find that the distribution of crime to each race
would represent a "parity" ratio of blacks to whites, as monkey originally stated.
