Rick, I gotta agree with the guys who think you're really pushing it if you try something like that.

Just because it's "Not against the law" doesn't mean you're not gonna have a HARD time accomplishing ANYTHING AT ALL with that idea. You'll probably have your own personal cop about 30 seconds from the time you start something until the second you leave, and all the way back to your home. So make sure your shoelaces are tied, and you don't have a crack in your windshield and your registration is up to date and you don't have a taillight out and etc. etc. etc.


As far as "gun buybacks" go, don't you think that the cops may reserve some of the "questionable" buybacks for ballistics checks before they get rid of those guns? I don't know. Just asking, I guess.
