Guess you can't remember what you offered and accepted. Nowhere did you include in the deal that you would have time or you would take time to any further work with the press. If that was your intention than you had plenty of time (8+ weeks) to inform Joeska as to your revised intentions.
Bottom line, you have failed to life up to your word.
Seems like from your ravings that aspect (untruefulness) is part and parcel of your entire life on PPOT.
