I doubt I'm the youngest, but I'm here. My dream car is a 73 S coupe. I chickened out and got the 89 for daily (weekend) driver/rust purposes. Don't get me wrong -- I love the 89, especially as compared to the 993's and more so the 996's, and the 73 is the ultimate example of the purity that Porsches stand for (in my opinion). At some point, I'm going to get the 73 and keep is as a garage queen, but I can't afford two of them right now.
The reason I choose the 73 S is the pre-bellows appeal, as well as the power to weight ratio. Great little cars. Just next to impossible to maintain in the northeast.
The answer to your question is PLEASE continue to maintain and cherish your early 911s, because people like me WILL want to buy them.
