Most any Dr. that is going to do IV sedation, will NOT do anything to you if you don't have transportation for you afterwards. There have been many people that have had bad outcomes from trying to drive after the work is done. Plus you can also be arrested for DUI(driving under the influence), DWI(driving while impaired), DUID(driving under the influence/impaired by drugs/medications), it is just too dangerous to drive after this type of sedation.
