Unless it starts out saying 30.06, read it more carefully.
Most of them say something like "Unlicensed carry of a firearm is subject to...blah blah blah". I am licensed, no problem.
The 2 things we have to watch for in Texas, the "51" sign and the "30.06" signs. The 51 means that the establishment makes 51% or more of it's income with Alcohol, and you can't carry there.
The "30.06" has to be specifically made, in English and Spanish, or it does not carry the weight of law. They could ask you to leave, but that is it. They also have to know you are carrying, which they shouldn't, or you are breaking the law as well.
Most states allow FTF - "Face to Face" transfer between residents. California is NOT one of those states.
