BHO will likely get 1-2 picks for the SCOTUS during his administration. More than enough to ensure he can get Hiller overturned before it has chance to become long-term established legal doctrine.
Yes, the ruling was a victory, but don't celebrate too hard. It might be a very short-lived celebration. The fascist left will stop at NOTHING until the entire population is completely dependent on the Nanny State for everything.
