Hey 'bell' I have a question for you!

!

I know you are the resident car audiophile on the board. I decided to replace the rear speakers in my DD. I got the speaker wire and the speaker out just fine, but for the life of me can't get the darn speaker wire clip unconnected from the speaker.

Here is the clip in question:

A different angle:

Do I pull up on the grey part?

And if anyone else has any idea's please throw them my way. I know ths should be 1st grade level stuff here, but I am very mechanically inclined. I have never, ever messed with electronics. The closest I have been to anything like this was an alternator clip and a brake senor. Both times I snapped them right off....
