I do think they will all stick together - at least the more radical elements. This clearly transcends political/national boundaries.

The extremist elements will paint this as part of a greater war by the west (and Israel) on Islam trying to polarize the world along religious lines. I don't know how successful they'll be, but it's probably safe to say "successful enough".

You honestly think guys like Al Sadr or Kohemeni won't use action like this to try and incite a holy war? Please. You're smarter than that.
