What is the source for that??

It seems extremely odd b/c of WHERE the crude oil emerges. Natural seeps "leak" at the bottom of the ocean - and much of the sea floor near SB is fairly deep, tho not all.

Leaks from drilling rigs can be moderately deep or at the surface.

It makes a HUGE difference and is ignored by the news media and others with little knowledge of the issue.

And, not all crude components float BTW.
