There's not enough difference between a Solex and an E cam to warrant a change. The difference would be negligible if even that, IMHO.
Did PAG manufacture solex cams with MFI drive? Don't think so unless it's a Solex profile machined on a MFI-style camshaft. Reminder: The name "Solex" refers to the Solex carbs equipped on those engines.
