Yes, I know the pricing is self gratifying. I was referring to the "10 Porsches you should buy now" article. I have over 20 in my '83 SC and while it might not be worth that, I wouldn't consider less for the same reasons as you.

I just bought a "so-so" to "good" '84 in January for ~$15, now they say $18.5-21? Not that I'd sell for anything less than an obscene amount, my ties to the car with the time and trouble I've put into it are stronger than the pull of a little money.
