My seats came apart at the seems on all four corners, I pulled the bottom cover off and had it repaired at the local shoe repair shop. I then used some leather softner and worked the leather until it was soft again. The trick with the seat covers is to use military grade zip ties to but he cushions back on...Instead of those crappy hog clips. you can thread the zip ties through the rods on the bottom and clip them to the wire frame of the seat, but leave them lose, when you are done putting the outer edges of the seat cushion back on you can tighten all the zip ties...really cool ! MY IDEA The only problem I had was with the stapled portion, I think i used the wrong type of staples and they kept coming back out, I ended up using black duct tape.
