Silly fool at times is better than a stoopid idiot all the time! 
I always take a "medical kit" with me as I travel to some very interesting places with my work. I ALWAYS take two types of antibotics with me, a couple of painkillers, celebrex (take it daily) and various other meds, including viagra. Am not like you, a sexual tourist, but an educated traveler.
You will be sad to hear that I have not taken ANY of the viagra as its not been needed, but its there just in case.
Regarding understanding, I speak 3 languages, understand 3-4 more pretty well and was trained in PSY in college. There is absolutely no understanding the drivel that you pour out...
