If we are going to use this as our limits for ideas how about this?

McCain just returned from Columbia. We all know that all they do in Columbia is snort or shoot cocaine, so it must be true that McCain was there doing coke!
Come-on here, lets have some basis for your speculations, not just "well they have prostitutes in the DR, so he had to be going there for that!"
