The really GREAT thing is that with no electrical inspections we can get large fires started that will burn down major parts of our cities. Then we can rebuild with better architecture (ooops! forgot no regs. well, we can at least have nature reserves in the post-fire areas).

Wha the Hell - too many people anyway. Let's kill some -- over regulation is just money; under regulation kills people. It will help with global warming if there are fewer people -- less need to regulate that.
