I'm hooked. Flat out hooked!!! Autocrossing is SO FUN! I'm not fast yet (yet!) but I've really picked up alot of speed since my first event. Comparison of times across classes confirms significant improvement on my part. At some point I also need to take the car up to Steve @ Rennsport and have it corner balanced. The "at some point" will occur when he has time and I have money
I've been reading books about driving faster and then I go practice in a nearby empty parking lot. It is helping. I would like to try a DE event. Are there any coming around that would allow a newbie in? I live in Southern Oregon - would travel probably 5 hours one way maybe a little more for the opportunity.
