Better yet,
Start -> Run -> paste this: net stop wuauserv -> OK
Then Goto -> Start -> Run. Paste this "regsvr32 msxml3.dll" (leave out the quotes), hit OK.
Then Start -> Run -> paste this: net start wuauserv -> OK
