I have an aunt and uncle in a retirement mobile home park in Yuma, AZ. Their neighborhood is pretty nice and it's almost hard to tell the dwellings are trailers. The folks have them so clean and well decorated with fountains, awnings, rock gardens, etc. It's pretty nice.
