One other thing you might enjoy is visiting the Intermeccania shop - which is close to downtown.
The Reisner family built Intermeccanicas, first in Italy and then in California before settling in Vancouver. Today they build beautiful Porsche Speedster replicas and VW Kuebelwagen replicas - principally for the Japanese market.
