Looks nice, but it is a little wordy, isn't it?

The cam should be a little more to the left so the rocker hits the base circle.

I would delete the 2nd and 3rd lines. It just makes line 4 redundant.

I would replace the word "guage" with "shim".

I would replace line 6 ".004"" with 0.1mm, and delete line 7. Anyone that checks at the elephant foot uses the special tool, and it is 0.1mm, not 0.004inches.
