Robert, first of all, there are no relays for the headlights so you can cross that off the list. There are 4 fuses for the headlights so check the two for high beam. You replaced the turn signal/high beam switch so that is probably good.

Well that leaves you down to wiring, connectors or the bulbs. Both high beams are out right? Unlikely, but possible both bulbs have burned out or the high beam wire going to both buckets has broken from flex, especially if you don't use high beam enough to notice. Check the bulbs.

Since your low beams work that would leave you with something in the fuse/relay board or somewhere between that and headlights. Get out the volt meter and start checking way points starting with the fuse socket. At least then you will know which side to go to: upstream towards the switch or down stream to lights.
