Well, it's in a ducktail, and it's in the "thin" area between the grill and the rear window. So, it might be a stressed area because of the pressure the shocks put on the ducktail, like when you go to close it. I can dremel/grind out the cracks, and fill them with fiberglass reinforced body filler, apparently.
I'm off to primer today, so I'd better figure it out.
