If everyone is so sure these guys are terrorists, why not try them and punish them accordingly? This guy was taken at age 15 and locked up for the last 6 years with no trial. In regards to his eyes / feet 'being gone' - he is blind in one eye, has reduced vision in the other and had both ankles broken.

I can't really condone his actions, but at least give him a trial and if found guilty, punish accordingly.
