That's be a "rolling roadblock" on most roads posted at 45 around here from my observations
. I don't understand folks in the slow lane who are going .0005 mph faster than the car in front of them, so they "have" to pass (taking several miles to do so), while the cars behind them become a Nascar "pack" and an accident waiting to happen. Go with the flow...that's what it's all about, and that's typically 10-15 over on most roads even following a cop.
