Another way to have "sweet shrimp" is as follows: The folks @ Avery Island have a new Tabasco flavor called "Sweet & Spicy"...Boil you some shrimp (or 'bugs), then glaze 'em over with this new sauce and finish either on a stick or tossed in a wok. This new Tabasco has a "somewhat sweet" Asian quality to it, but with just a little kick. I'm going through at least a bottle/week just dipping pretzel sticks in it!
