Robert... Mine failed also. I checked the function of the lines to the lights from the fuse box.. checked out. I checked the turn stock and high beam switch. Worked fine. So then I jumped the section from the switch to the fuse board. Bingo! There was a short between this section. So I have a temporary line spliced in at the moment until I can solder the line into the back of the fuse/relay panel.

That is what I suggest you check. Put power on line from fuse to lights... they should light. Then jumper the section bewteen the switch and fuse box. If it lights again... you found the issue.
Oh also check the fuse connection as noted by another lister.
