So, that who list was just to show that LA gives back money in return for the mineral rights that they have? Why didn't you just say that? Everyone knows that LA and TX share first and second in most of those categories, doesn't really say anything about whether the government financing of rebuilding the area was justified or not.
Like I said, whichever state was THIRD in each category would be more informative.
