I think I can help you, since I spent a whole year and a half rewiring a 1987 944n/a.

But, I will need to get a little more information from you.

First, what year is your car?
Second, I will not take my ignition switch out for a picture since it is a PITA to get underthere.
However, I do have an extra ignition switch from the 1987 944, which I can take a picture of as it is.
Next, if you have a 1985 944 take a look at the door VIN and tell me what date the car came from Germany. That makes a big difference in the wiring diagrams.

I have all the factory wiring diagrams for the 944 years, so I should be able to tell what you have and where the wires go.
