In Alberta, there might be questions why they used duct tape and not barbed wire, but city folks have got to do as best they can with what they got.
Friends with a service station responded to a silent alarm at their garage, caught one fellow and restrained him by placing him on the floor and lowering the lift arms on him. Police got a great laugh out of that.
