Wow, such controversy!! I just thought it was a funny bit, some of you guys need to lighten up some!
I think an important point is that the video was not edited in any way, they simply bleeped out a word or fuzzed over something.
To say they "made it look" like something was happening just isn't true. They didn't make it look like anything, if you remove the fuzz then the girl is tickling Grover. She is STILL tickling Grover.
If your twisted imagination thinks she is giving him a hand job, that's your problem, not mine!
